QHSE policy

MLC has implemented a QHSE Policy (quality, health, safety & environment) which defines and guides our decisions in terms of ethics and compliance as well as, of risk prevention and management. We operate in accordance with the international standards, legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Protect the environment and reduce the impact of our operations on the environment
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance
  • Develop preventive actions, fight against addictions, adopt a better lifestyle
  • Preserve the health, safety and security of people and activities

MLC Quality Charter

In a highly competitive environment, our challenge for each year will be to provide our customers with competitive services that perfectly match their expectations. We must mobilize all our energies to succeed and satisfy our customers.
On behalf of our company, we are committed to continuously demonstrating our expertise, allocating the necessary material and human resources and applying the following ten (10) rules:

  • Ensure the development of MERCURE LOGISTICS and its sustainability through a quality policy applied to all the driving forces of the company.

  • Meet deadlines commitments at all levels of our organization, ensuring the satisfaction of our customers, suppliers and financial partners

  • Better understand and better serve the customer as a demanding company that addresses a demanding company.
  • Conduct a survey every six (6) months to better analyze and understand the expectations of our customers.
  • Provide our customers with personalized advice and systematically propose the solution best suited to their needs.
  • Optimize our relationship with our customers, informing them at least once a quarter, on all the novelties related to the MERCURE LOGISTICS CONGO offer.
  • All of our services provided to our customers will be provided by certified and experienced speakers on the subject.
  • Constantly improve our processes and working methods to ensure total satisfaction of our customers, employees and partners.
