MLC acquired the assets of the transport company SN AFRILOG. Through this acquisition, MLC has acquired over 15 years of expertise in the field of transportation. Afrilog, which began its activities in 2008, is one of the major players in logistics in Congo thanks to the diversity of its fleet. This adds 50 trucks and a similar batch of trailers to MLC’s growing fleet. This transaction is aligned with our strategy of expanding our service to the market, it will allow us to offer complete supply chain solutions and to go further in our development projects to meet the logistical needs of our customers in Central Africa.
As part of a transaction that expands the activities of our MLC group in the field of development and management of inland ports, MLC acquired the assets of the company Socatraf. This acquisition is perfectly consistent with our vision of becoming a major player in the development and management of river ports. We aim for a leading position in the market and to expand our service offering and develop the Brazzaville-Bangui river corridor.
